09:22 ET Netscape (NSCP) 23 3/8: --UPDATE-- Morgan Stanley downgrades from "strong buy" to "outperform" and lowers its FY97 earnings forecast from $0.45 to $0.04 a share, and FY98 estimate from $0.90 to $0.06 a share. This is the same analyst whom last week said the company would likely miss its qtr, yet she refused to downgrade the stk or reduce estimates. Wouldn't want to upset anyone, now would from briefing.com
