Kerry never claimed Nixon ordered him. He did claim he was being shot at by S. Vietnamese allies and by the Khmer Rouge, which then was formed.

Nixon allowed the Khmer Rouge to commit atrocities against their own people and in fact allied with them against the Viet Nam communists... Tsk Tsk Tsk.... My how you wing nuts rewrite history.
