This was the message that I sent to Bobby yesterday, Ross.
I spent a lovely half an hour grilling Jerry Phillips, president of PFG, this afternoon regarding the press release.
He gave me his personal word that, "I will not allow a Friday press release under any circumstances. I have that authority. You have my personal word on it. I can almost positively assure you that the news release will be coming early this coming Teusday."
I must confess that I was a little "firm", but he did invite us to stop by for diner when Julie & I go up to Vancouver to visit friends that we have made while investing in the Juniors. I guess it must have turned out all right after all.
Obviously, there was a small sell-off in fears of a Friday news release. While I am in for 15k already, if I wished to accumulate, I would wait for the market to dip further in anxiety over a potential "Black Friday" news release. Once it became apparent that the market felt assured that the news release would not be until next week, I would catch the upswing.
This is not an invitation to buy. My own feelings are well known. It is seldom that a stock is so obviously undervalued in relation to it's publically known fundamentals. Barrick originally commited to 3k of drilling. They have already passed the 15k mark and have 2 more major drill programs being undertaken at the present time.
I may not know shit about what is really up there. Barrick, on the other hand ...
Remember, though, I am a long term investor. I have executed only 3 trades since the end of May.

As you can see, my predictions were accurate.
I then called PFG and spent some time with John Schoalcroft, today.
It seems that I stirred up some excitement with my rather adamant objections to a Friday news release. They actually were unaware of how negative such releases are received by the markets.
During our converation, I also expressed my concerns regarding any sale of the La Colorada property. Once I expressed my views regarding it's potential, John confided that Jerry Phillips believed that the property might have more potential than Diablillos.
What happened is this. When the Korean group expressed interest, to express their lack of intention to sell PFG made quite a staggering offer to this group. This group, however, apparently has much the same feelings and is actually considering the offer. Let us say that it is quite a large sum of money.
We also discussed the positive write-up that John Kaiser did on the other PFG.V holdings in B.C., the Croy claims.
In short. They have seen the assays. The news will be out Monday or Teusday of next week.
I was just making sure that Bobby knew the potential upside while there was still a good entry point.
So, that does that. By the way, keep in mind that we must minimize the "talking up" of individual stocks, while still being free to discuss them. It is a thin line that we will have to figure out as we go.
Also, I am currently working on another project, so I haven't even looked at an investment opportunity in months. Sorry. If something looks good, I will let you know. Promise.
