I will let IPO fever subside so you have history.

180 day moving average of volume. when volume is really low less than 30% of 180 day MA of vol., you have run out of sellers and a trend chg should occur . High volume doesn't last long and comes at extremes. you would probally make fair returns, buying on low vol and sell on 2.5 x 180 day avg of vol.

Look at a chart, and see what it looks like.
