As I understand The President appoints and is responsible for the acts and deeds
of those he appoints.

E.G. Secretary of State Clinton reported to the President who appointed her

And all of the other appointees were his responsibility for their actions.. .

It was his responsibility to appoint competent and reliable people to the positions
in his cabinet-------his CZARS.

The devastation caused by his foreclosures on families and homes throughout the
USA was a SCANDAL

The killing of Americans and others world wide by the ISIS is a SCANDLE.

Benghazi was a scandal.

The TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN DEBT UNDER HIS TENURE was a scandal

And then there was 'climate change'------certainly he could have stopped all of the
floods and wild fires and the devastating snow storms------good people died in the floods
that have devastated America.

And, how about the increase in crime in his 'home town' of Chicago.
