Pugs,

Aren't you a desperate individual. No one can slam a stock that has the information available to counteract it....

The SEC attorney in Miami can contact her counterpart in Atlanta, and I would be happy to discuss my reasons with them.

You still don't get it!!! (But I doubt you ever will)

You have hyped a stock with no fundamentals on paper (ie: lack of financial statement and a series of news releases preannouncing a, AS YET STILL TO BE CONSUMATED, financing deal. Also this merger with RMCW appears to be based on this financing, so the merger has apparently been delayed as well.

I haven't seen any releases/filings denoting these delays which have a material impact on the stock.

And Pugs... The reason I'm out here now is primarily because you and Riley continue to spout your "incredible diligence" related to RMIL. You have implied that I am a paid shill for the naysayers, (why else would I be out here). That convinces me that you need to have someone to counteract you two jokers.

I can justify my position because the company is SERIOUSLY behind on financial filings and has been halted by the SEC.

You have only reassuring phone calls from the company and Riley to back you up. And none of that is on paper, thus not legally binding.

Life is like a wheel Pugs..... Remember that.

And Pugs... I don't believe I ever said that you were engaged in illegal activities. I believe I have said what you guys are doing is unethical.

How am I engaged in illegal activities for expressing my 1st amendment rights?? Do I have to be a shareholder to express myself??
Not the last time I checked the SEC regulations.

Does what I say have so much impact that you feel the only way to maintain your hype is to report me to the SEC?? Well buddy, the SEC has no jurisdiction over me. I don't work for the Securities industry and I am not compensated by anyone for my opinions.

And I have never stated that I'm working in conjunction with any group to influence or manipulate RMIL stock. (And I'm not.) I'm just one man, who happens to share the opinion of other naysayers, attempting to force Hypsters to face fundamentals and spend more time making managment respond to their fiduciary responsibility than sitting out here hyping a stock trying to encourage people to buy even more of a company under SEC investigation.

Regards,

Ron
