The PALMS sold itself to Station casinos. An apprx 1.7 B property sold for 317 M. OH that is the same STATION that also did a chapter 11 to emerge as RED ROCK. OH OH go spend some time in the PALMS.. It's a ghost town

BUT wait lets take a drive to the very large area of vacant strip property next to the TRUMP HOTEL.. DARN and developers still backing away from starting. WHY?

Then there's that OL Fountain BLUE .. just standing there unfinished.. VACANT.. and a property that had near 2 BILLION invested to be sold to Icahn for 157 and hmm he's not developing but selling.

I'd hate to mention the many business still struggling off strip.

OR that former Rivera just torn down in hopes of getting revs from LVCC.. HMM but what if the revs expected do not happen
