Sure does not look like an adult to me. More like child in an "adults" body. You have daughters, grand daughters? What would you say to a guy that was dating them, "IF" he made fun of special needs person, said he was rich and powerful and could grab them on the P*ssy, told people to get F*cked in public, suggested violence saying "punch people in the mouth", and God only knows what else. Would you say hey, marry this guy. He acts like an adult and should be president. Or would you throw the guy out?
