Another knocked out a Canadian city, Quebec I believe, a few years ago for a while and yet another tinkered with some of our east coast not very long ago. It only takes one to mess up your life for a long time.
Then...there is North Korea and the middle east. I would not be surprised if a Lear Jet at max altitude would not create a melt down of at least some big cities. Another guesstimate on my part. If this article is accurate then we need to be alert:
