I'm not going to invest MY $1.5B in China! The government is
arbitrary and has been known not to honor commitments. Besides,
I can get a $ 0.5B subsidy by building the fab in, say, Germany.
So this announcement is not going to lead to the building of
ADDITIONAL fabs, therefore no ADDITIONAL business for AMAT.
