Thanks for your detailed description of what warrants are and their risks/rewards.

After looking thru all the responses, I must be missing something - this seems to be a great deal. A call option 18 months away selling for a premium of $3-4 dollars! What am I missing? Why aren't more people doing this?

My understanding is that if on 3/14/98, INTC was 45, the warrants would be worth approx 3.25 and if INTC was 40, the warrants would be worthless.

On that day if it was in the money, what would happen?
