You are a complete fool. My statement still stands. Read it again. It happens to be the current law.

"No American is denied health care regardless of ability to pay." That is a fact!!!!

http://law.freeadvice.com/malpractice_law/hospital_malpractice/hospital-patients.htm

Plus there are lots of ways to get help if you have no insurance and no money. Drug companies often help with prescription costs when unaffordable by the patient.. Medicaid is for those who have low income or no income. If you have a family all are covered.
Some hospitals offer HCAP (Health Cost Assistance Program) to cover Hospital expenses based on income and dependents. Every Hospital writes off millions of dollars every month.
These are just a few of the programs to help offset healthcare cost to the patient who is unable to pay.
If you are able to pay, the Doctors and Hospitals will come after you hard. As they should. If payments need to be set up tht is provided.
All hospitals have financial counselors to help patients get all the help they need.

None of this makes healthcare FREE to anyone who wants it but can afford it. There are restrictions pertaining to income etc.
It is however Free to anyone who needs it and cannot afford it.

One thing you need to get straight in your numbed brain is the difference between "health care" and
"health care insurance".

You said, "That means there is no need for Obamacare or any other health care in America." You are such an idiot. You just embarrass yourself with every post you make.
