Why would you go to the ER to try to schedule something?
Because that nice man, Mr. PUKERSAM said,
"No American is denied health care regardless of ability to pay." That is a fact!!!!
And when I try to schedule open heart surgery with the cardiology department, they ask me what insurance I have, and when I tell them I don't have any insurance, and I don't have enough money to pay for it, they won't schedule it for me unless I have a responsible third party who agrees to pay for it.
