A little while back, I posted my reading on the recent
IOM doldrums. Jack liked it, but everybody else ignored
it. As a truly long long, you may find it of some value.

While I'm posting, I'll get in a word or two on other
things. First, to Rod, I'm sorry you had trouble with
Iomega products. What can I say? Return them for the
refund, sell your Iomega stock if you have any, and
buy whatever you prefer as a substitute. We all make
our choices. My experience hasn't been the same as
yours, and neither have the experiences of my friends
and acquaintances, so I'm going down a different road.

Second, to Linda, that can't possibly be a photo of
Truff--too young for all that wisdom. (I never did
believe that "gorgeous corpse" line. <g>)
Finally, a channel check. The COMP USA in Albany, NY,
now has far fewer PP Zips, a rather large pile of
Zip Pluses, and for the first time I've ever seen
them, a half-dozen SCSI Insider Zips (among other
things Iomegan). Still no Atapi or IDE or notebook
Zips, though.
