They are in the midst of doing the IPO. Read all about it on the DCTC/FTEL/FNET thread techstocks.com Reading through some of the posts, especially the news releases will give you a darn good idea on the viability of QDEK's WebPhone. Look at who the players are. I think Franklin Internet is hooked up with WORLD-COM, GTE, and DCI Telecommunication. Sounds like a pretty tough crown with lots of muscle and knowhow.
