Rick Perry told Senators when he wanted to eliminate the Energy Department, he though it was "a global ambassador for the American oil and gas industry..." but he now he knows he'll be in charge of "the United States' nuclear arsenal". Trump's transition team said about Rick Perry, "It's been a learning curve," which is probably expected given Rick Perry graduated from college with a degree in Animal Husbandry. As Trump said "I'm going to choose all of the smartest people in the country, people you haven't even heard of." I wonder if Rick Perry is studying up on 'reactor breeding' ?
