Sorry about the response time, I have in and out of town.

1. the number of total outstanding shares is approx.47,000,000+-
2. Please elaborate on the transfer agent. do not understand
3. To my knowledge we have not exceeded the 50 mil cap

I hope that i have answered your questions, except for #2, please explain what you mean by transfer agent.
