Of Trump's? Yeah, they're pretty much it. There were four Chapter 11s IIRC.

If you take financial risk you may lose. Had he won, he would own AC today. That's the business he's in.

AC had been in decline before he made his major investments there. The reasons were well known and there was no reasons to suspect things would turn around. Making his judgement very suspect. The rest of the country was booming, though.

It doesn't make his judgment suspect. I've know a lot of real state people over the years and it isn't common for them to take a bath on properties. Bigger properties, bigger bath.
