Gary,

Talked to Farsight today, 2x. After threatening NASD complaints, they said they would check on it. Got a call back from a manager, she said that they no longer offer DTC's to customers as an option, but because I was told last week that I could do it, they will honor my request. Make sure you tell them that you were told it was possible to do a DTC and they will do it. They said it is because of security reasons, they can't track a DTC so they do not like to do them.
