He sent his the head of his organization, Paul Bremer, to Iraq in 2003 to become Governor for yet another Kissinger "success story". Billions of Dollars of cash went missing under Bremer's one year tenure and no one knows to where, while Iraq disintegrated into chaos. - nytimes.com It's quite extraordinary how Henry can use his gravelly voice to seduce naive new waves of political leaders to do his bidding. You'd think they'd bother to study his past "accomplishments" - but no, he's new each time. This time he has Trumpo as his Mini-Me. As Henry said in 1975, "Before the Freedom of Information Act, I used to say at meetings,* 'The illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a little longer'.*"
