now to update...........just further research, i found out that most stocks that traded at Bulletin Board i.e. OTC, always have a problem of filing SEC report ON TIME..... FYI...on NUZA latest news, they are expecting to open 3 more store outside U.S. on the month of Sept...i am expecting more good news to come out before the end of the year...including the 10k/10q report for fiscal 96... long term this is an AGGRESSIVE BUY....it is just way UNDERVALUE.... laterz foOLs..... foOLisH eL........
