Luis, If those things happen as mentioned in your response to me, and the share price is much higher also then that is not the bottom. Granted that when they come out with good concrete fundamental announcement then, the price of the stock will move up, and again it will not be the bottom. I will stick to those signals indicated in my previous note where I will wait for a firm flattening period and then wait to see increases in volume. Until then Im on the sidelines. If CAPR does not move up prior to the NAZ deadline, I will wait until the deadline to see what the outcome is, in case another reverse split is required. Seeya
