Yep, Pence would be the fire.
But I think something along the lines of the 25th Amendment, Section 4, looks increasingly likely. The present incumbent is acting more erratically by the day, and it seems to me that this may be more politically palatable than impeachment - not that's it any less of a coup d'état.
