can anyone explain to me if bob brinker still thinks we are in a secular bear market? Years ago brinker had stated in a secular bear market we usually do not go past the old high,(for example s+p500 old high 1545 approximately3/2000). We have gone way past that level yet brinker never talks about that or offers some explanation! I knoiw a long time ago in a markettimer letter he explained secular bull/bear market with cyclical/bull rallies. Any input would be appreaciative. thank you
