Dryer Sheets
These go in the garbage.Sheets to reduce static in the dryer are made from polyester substrate and not accepted for recycling.
Bedding and Linens
Bedding, linens, and other household fabrics can go in the garbage, but local organizations in the Threadcycle program will take them for reuse or recycling.Wet, mildewed, or heavily-soiled bedding and linens go in the garbage.The following organizations have confirmed that they will take bedding, linens, and other household fabrics that are stained, worn out, ripped, or damaged. Carpet & Padding
If reusable or in good condition, resell, reuse, or donate. Some carpet and foam padding can be recycled, depending on the type. Ask about recycling options where you buy these products. Many sellers will take back their items but prefer not to advertise that service. Otherwise, dispose of as garbage.
State of the art recycling apparently means throw most things out in the garbage:
Clothes, shoes, and linens do not go into recycling bins.

Ashes -- Fireplace & Briquettes

Food Box Liners

Butter Wrappers

Printer Cartridges & Toner

Notebooks - Spiral Bound
Please remove the metal or plastic spiral binding and recycle the paper. Spiral binding should go in the garbage.
