I saw something this morning that represents the biggest challenge we have. I turned on the TV and there was an advertisement saying that Jeff sessions was a civil rights AG and worked to desegregate the schools. Implying he was a civil rights activist. Which is absurd.

Our very democracy is under attack by the plutocrats/rich with slick propaganda they have been using to a large degree since the Civil Rights Act to turn the low information voter into a Republican, but have learned since Trumps success that they can fool enough people to do whatever they want. If they spend millions on propaganda they can reap billions.

Before the election, we knew that the issue in this election was control of the country by the plutocrats. That was what Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren were more or less running on. But with Trump being elected, instead of addressing that issue, we have just voted to have the rich to pretty much take complete control of the country.

Many of these guys are worth billions of dollars and so they are going to be willing to contribute large amounts of money to taking control of the country. Running propaganda ads in every state telling the people what they want them to hear is going to be their tactic.

We saw the Koch brothers and others recently start spending money trying to gain control not just of the federal Congress, but going all the way down to the state legislatures. So the Republican Party and the rich apparently have realized how easily Americans can be fooled and are convinced of things that are not true.

Trump taught us that they will even believe outrageous stuff. And even blatant lying does not deter the true believers. And I'm sure they realized that if they're willing to believe Trump's who's lies which are blatant, if they polish their spin in a sophisticated manner that is more difficult for the average person to understand, they can get away with almost anything.

The next four years is going to be a take over of this country by the rich so that they can rape it at will and instill whatever philosophy they hold dear.

As FDR said: "we have learned organized money is as dangerous as organized mobs.
