John, I've seen alot of Infomercials coming out of both NM as Quantum, and Value Vision over this extended holiday season. My guess is that both have withheld current news releases pending the deal, and, the current quarter will be producing far greater revenue than the preceeding quarters. I also see this as a positive, with results by spring time. good luck, Bill
