did you get the feeling that he didn't think the economy is as "good as it gets" I was truly startled this morning when I heard on Bloomberg news that how with all this welfare reform more Americans are now applying for help in getting food..highest number since 1992. I think Rubin knows that the glow of wall street is a mirage.( am looking for cracks in the mirror which doesn't cheer my days I thought reform meant something good. I think he knows that the imported deflation is going to affect even more blue collar workers..wondering if Perot is grinning like a Cheshire cat somewhere in the background.
