I tend to agree with you. However, the biggest accomplishment that The Right has been able to achieve is to splinter the Democratic Party into 2 factions: center and left. This has been going on since Reagan. The Party, under the leadership of Clinton, felt it could no longer be relevant unless it moved to the Center. The article you posted is just another attempt to move the Democratic Party further to the Right, making the Left wing of the Party irrelevant again, after its outpouring of support for Bernie Sanders. The Obama/Clinton regime is Dead. Time to move to the Left. Where will the leadership come from?
