Dan and all,

Hope your holiday season was pleasant and that you all have a prosperous new year - of course, the ulterior motive is that if you have one, I'll have one.

Dan, I'm not sure what good news the company can come up with between now and the slow process of building up a subscriber base, followed in a couple of years by profit generation. I'm afraid the next quarter's (year end) profit and loss statements won't appear much brighter than the last one. In about six to nine months, however, we should be able to see the turn around, at which time the "numbers" investors should join the "story" investors.

The next big stories, if any, will probably come out of decisions by the FCC, which affect the wireless industry in general. The last rulings have, unfortunately, had negative impact on the little players.

For what it's worth, I put together a composite of wireless industry service providers (not equipment manufacturers), in the SI Wireless list, to compare against Chadmoore. Not one of them made a profit last year. After throwing out the two highest ratios in each case, the average wireless service PSR is 10.5 and the average wireless price per book is 2.9. Let's compare those numbers with the annual report for the year ending Dec 97 when it comes out to get a truer sense of value than what the market has been showing us.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I expect to be in Las Vegas later this month and I plan to visit the company office there. Anybody have a particular request for me to ask or look at?

Bill
