>Microsoft is in a very competitive industry, W95 has already saturated...the number of with PC's is becoming saturated..

Do you know the price of W95 was $89 in 1995, and it still cost $89 today. If the home PC is becoming saturated, you should short INTC, DELL, and CPQ, instead of MSFT.

>Unix is surprisingly strong, and I would not minimize the risk of a unix and Java future running on sparc

You should ask HWP, SGI, and SUNW that how come they could not make the earning estimate in the last qtr. Do you know the growth rate of Unix workstation is single digit, and the growth rate of NT workstation is 3 digits. By the way, Java will run on the NT ans W95, not on the Unix, because they are cheaper .

>News from Netscape today only reaffirms my conviction that MSFT abuses its position, and Judges and Lawyers read the news too.

This is an old news to everyone. It already happened to Novel, Word Perfect, Lotus, etc.
