It should be obvious to you that the Demonrats would like to halt all growth of the Black Population through abortion. This was the stated objective of the founder of Planned Parenthood. Do you see any dichotomy in Liberal Progressive thinking? There is another question you can refuse to answer.

In this first link you will see the Liberal Progressive's true feelings for Blacks. They desire to keep them a "manageable" minority of 16-18% of the population. Too many of them would become unmanageable.
