Even with the DMV ridiculed as one of the most user unfriendly places on the planet, see how many seriously tell you it would be a problem. It simply isn't a big deal. And you know it. If nothing else, phase it in over eight years. If someone can't get to the DMV and get a Voter ID card in eight years they simply aren't trying. But this is a direction we must and will move to. It is utterly stupid not to do it. If you want to drive you have a drivers license. If you want to vote you have a voter ID. Christ. I cannot imagine trying to make the argument you are making. It is utter nonsense.
