Craig, back in October after the market selloff, he talked about the groups he wasn't selling. He mentioned companies that have applications to increase bandwidth without going to broadband. At the end of the article was a disclaimer mentioning which securities Cramer/Berkowitz holds positions in. CIEN was one. He has since mentioned this same group many times as holding great promise for '98-without specifically touting CIEN. In a seperate article in Nov, he mentioned CIEN as one he bought at the IPO and put away in his permanent account. Unfortunately, I can't provide specific dates for any of these, but if you subscribe to thestreet.com, I'm sure you'll see further mentions. Dakota Sullivan
