Just a few observations. I looked at the graphs for the last 3 years for the dec./jan. period. 94/95 brought a 1.5+ point jump, 95/96 was pretty flat after a large drop in the 1st of jan. and 96/97 brought a 3.25+ point jump. These increases were from the lows in dec. to the highs in jan (generally mid jan.). Feb. for these years were down to flat with another jump spike in the first of march. I read a post that said shorts were increasing. Can anyone verify if shorts are? Do you think we will have a little spike within the next 2 weeks based on the previous years patterns? Any comments will be appreciated.
