As has been pointed out to you, it was pursued during the Bush admin., no voter fraud found at ANY level that could effect an election. A very few isolated cases, mostly mistakes, not intended to sway any election, not even dogcatcher. So YES, we DO know that!

The ONLY reason to continue to pursue it is attempts at voter suppression, such as you propose as a 'solution' to the non-problem!.
