Smoking is not necessary to the business of a bar. So true. And it is harmful, thus such a perfect subject for public health regulation. What consenting adults choose to do by themselves is fine, but to subject unwilling participants, i.e. people who would like to frequent an establishemnt for the purpose intended, eating or drinking, seems just plain unfair to me. And many things have been part of our culture that I would not like to see return. So no voila, not end of problem.
