Hi OX, I think the rush was on because Obama had put a rush on accepting unauthorized high levels of immigrants into our country. Trump is unwinding that which was done by Obama through the over use of presidential decree and not Congress. Trump is simply doing what he said he would - we the people just did not know how much was being done illegally (In my mind) by the Obama administration. A 90 day wait will stop the unvetted flow. Once it is restarted the Homeland Defense Department will implement visa interrogation techniques known to work - but not allowed to be utilized by the Immigration and Homeland Defense department via Obama decree. If a 90 day hiatus and correct extreme vetting techniques stop terrorism in our homeland - it will not disrupt anything. Bob
