WHY is Indochina Goldfields still dropping?

Although tax selling season has been over for two weeks, ING is still trading lower and lower every day. Down to $ 2.82 today with only 500 shares bid at $ 2.75 (as of 2:40pm)!!!

Where is the support?

What is the reason for the continued drop while most other juniors have rebounded 10% to 20% from their December lows?

If someone knows, please let me know.
