Investigation or Review? Jump ball!

While tech is playing verbal gymnastics with "investigation" and "review", let's look at the American Heritage Dictionary to see if there is ANY difference in the meanings.

investigation: n. The act, process or instance of investigating; inquiry.

investigate: v. To observe or inquire into detail; examine systematically.

review: v. 1. To look over, study, or examine again. 3. To examine with an eye to criticism or correction. --n. 1. A re-examination. 4. An inspection or examination for the pupose of evaluating something.

Conclusion:
I suppose I am guilty of using two words interchangably that mean the same the thing. Since the use of synonyms is over tech's head, I will try and refrain from doing so in the future. However, using investigation and review interchangably is in no way "POSTING FALSE INFORMATION", as tech so hypingly put it. If anything, he merely prooved his own ignorance of the English language.

Let's all pitch in to get tech a Thesaurus as a late Christmas gift!
