It is not a "ban." It is fully within presidential prerogative. And it expires in 90 days. Executive Orders have the full force of law within the Executive branch. It is fine as an EO.

You're just talking bullshit. Of course, there are lots of attorneys who don't support what Trump did. But that is a different question from whether it is legal.

I think it is great to see Trump doing what he committed to do. It appears to me to be a highly competent action that totally makes sense. We do need to stop the drip-drip-drip of terrorism that Obama has tolerated, and this is as good a starting point as any.
