Tony Coles joins REGN BOD. investor.regeneron.com "Dr. Coles was nominated to become a member of the Regeneron Board by Sanofi. Under the terms of an investor agreement between Regeneron and Sanofi, Sanofi gained the right to nominate a single independent director to the Regeneron Board when it reached 20 percent ownership of Regeneron's total outstanding capital stock." Good choice.
