Momenta (MNTA) up almost 30% at this moment on volume, thanks to most of Teva 40mg Copaxone patents being invalidated (the last one should go fairly easily & quickly). The decision can and will be appealed, but Sandoz will launch at (minimal, IMHO) risk on approval, which should be imminent.
