HI Ox, Thank you for confirming, what had been my impression that the *Small caps had outperformed the SPX over the past year.... Trump may not have a chance to get any tax reform into place and the protectionism and ideas of 20% border taxes and some of his other different ideas is causing consternation. THE BOTTOM LINE IS ARE WE GOING TO HAVE A TRADE WAR????? that would be BEARISH for the markets globally.* The bull market if it has run since March 9th of 2009 is getting to be one of the longer ones statistically... even if mid 2015 to mid 2017 was a stealth bear market in various sectors... think energy for one. Transports for another... ( many more) Trump's admin. is causing uncertainty everywhere at the moment........... JP
