That news seems to have bumped the price up a coupla bucks.
And I used to feel sorry for investors who beleived in G. Hsu. ;-)
Not only the terms of contract are not released but the names of the companies and period over which they are operative is undisclosed.
They wanted to give a 57M$ figure to investors in a hurry as Jan 15 approaches; desperation seems to be showing loud and clear.
