We have corrupted the poor for welfare stipends that take away all incentive to better themselves. The US has 3rd, and 4th generation of welfare recipients And trying hard to import many more. We require no work, nor education requirements for their dole. We have created a parasite welfare state. Europe has followed. Trump has the right ideas Lets see if he can follow thru. How does China treat people who will not work and expect the state to take care of their medical and financial needs? Non existent.
