good luck trying to cancell.. their phone is always busy they had me on hold for 45 minutes.. then an hour.. i finally emailed them to cancell me before my time{trial} was up.. the %$$%0 jerks charged for it anyway.. i ended up paying 130 bucks for something i did not use... as i could not access the net with them, and paid netcom for the access.. finally got thru to cancell by trying to charge back thru CC, big nightmare.. for free i would not use aol, they abuse their customers..but aol is better than none, right..
