Hi E_K_S,

Now that is a sweet investment return !!

I do believe if someone has excess cash sitting around at the very least this is a great place to park it.

The new expansion will incur some debt and I'm sure the conservative management will want to pay it off.

Dividend increases may be a bit slower as debt is reduced.

From mu dealership experiences, expansion debt is scheduled for 5 years and rescheduled after another 5.

Rates are capped and there are few surprises.

If we found extra profits we'd make two payments a month to reduce the debt balance.

Once you see it whittling down you can take some bonusses or in this case a dividend increase.

A doubling of capacity will require a doubling of vegetables to be bought so that step will tie up some money also.

The local nature of AMNF's sales territory would be a great way to boost their revenue .

Maybe we should go to the stockholder meeting and ask about being a distributor.

I can take Wisconsin and Texas - how about you?

I can see us with the finest of cooking dishes handing our samples at the high end grocery stores !

Grow baby grow!!!

LOL
