I don't discount that he didn't put enough additional thought into the plan. I think the report was that the plan called for waiting through a 'moonless night' or something for military leaders to ensure nothing was missed. Apparently he didn't do that. I am not a cheerleader for Trump but I think the media owes us a better use of their constitutional protections to both take the time and make the effort to ensure we receive factual news not knee jerk news.
