Interesting. Don't know if you remember MB recommending the RVT convertible notes. RVT used the funds to invest in stocks. RVT called the notes early. Fund manager is conservative -- and he's paying back notes used to invest before they are due. These guys want to take out a loan now? Doesn't look like a good time for that. I wonder what kind of notice they would give to their customers -- probably some small footnote at the back of the prospectus.
